Papyrus (paper presentation)
This event is to enrich the technical knowledge and to bring out intellect of a individual and also helps to improve their communication skill and to bring fluency of their language.
Event phases:
The event will be held in two phases. Paper submissions should be in the form of word document (".doc")

1. The event is open to all circuit branches.
2. The papers will be judged on
The judging panel reserves the rights to disqualify the participant team, if any of the rules given above are breached by any participant. It is the responsibility of the participants to keep themselves updated. The organizers reserve the right to change the rules of the event at any time and will do their best to update the contestants of the same.
Team rules:
1. A team can consist of 2 -3 people, not necessarily from the same department and college.
2. No participant can be a part of more than 1 team.
3. There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college.
4. Participants Should not submit more than a paper within a team.

Phase 1 (online):
- The participants are requested to submit their papers in IEEE format to the respective e-mail id ([email protected]) on or before 13th feb.
- The papers should be in the domain of electrical and electronics.
- The papers are selected based on the contents & their originality.
- The selected participants will be intimated via e-mail by 16th feb.
Phase 2 (on FORTIZA ’ 15):
- Each team must submit a 3 hard copy of full paper before the presentation.
- During the Presentation, the contestants will get 5 minutes for their presentation & 2 minutes for queries.
- The presentation should be in the ".ppt" formats,should not exceed 20 slides.
